Well ~ Today was a smooth day i can say ? we have a relaxing monday whereas others have monday blues . while we hated tuesday very much and have tuesday blues instead of monday blues . Today english's period was fine as i dun seem to hate boring english lessons now . STRICTLY not becos of the teacher but becos of the subject . i love ms rita much kkies ! =D Mother tongue was as fine as usual , we sang birthday song to chen lao shi , but quite pitiful one ? as only me and helen singing . gladys was not singing !!! =.=
social studies was as fine . but the speed that mrs lim was going is fast seriously !! i can see that she's trying her best to rush through the chapter .. understandable x.x the rest of the lessons include RECESS (my fav lesson of the day) , maths which i had began to love it , and geography ! geography was abt obesity and the disease of something called .. ehh ... neroxia ? dunno .!!~! hmmm . a disease that ppl of eating disorder, they don't lyk to eat . even they ate food, they tend to dig it out of their mouth by using fingers ..
this disease left a deep mark in my mind till now. i rmb . either from primary school or secondary school, (primary sch i suppose) one day that we were having our music lesson, we learned the song "top of the world" by the carpenters. the music teacher then told us abt the story behind this song. or rather , the story of the lead singer of this grp. She was a pretty lady, a fine one . Yet, after she became famous, she started to care alot for her image. she tend not to eat and suffered from eating disorder. she wanted to look pretty and niice. Yet, becos of this, she die eventually. this story had been in my mind for a long time. unforgetable.
Well, after dat we had oral. i was the last 2 T.T i ended ard 6.15 ? >< saded ~ hahas . today was a fine day . a book that i recommended all of euu to read . "THE BONDMAID" by Catherine Lim who wrote the leap of love "the leap years" . it's niice . although he might not be that attractive in the first few chapters , but as long as euu read on , euu'll find it interesting . her stories are niice. it too improves ur english . i check dictionary oftenly . x.x gd luck for me for nadfa tmr !
